Some of you have requested “membership” status however we have temporarily placed you into the “Premium Supporters” group until we can verify that you are a bona fide member of the Hawthorn Football Club.
This, as I’m sure you will appreciate, protects members and their communications within the TeamApp, from those masquerading as members, players or coaching and medical staff as these areas are private.
We will update, players, members, premium and all supporters to club news so don’t worry you won’t miss out.
The idea of the different groups is to maintain privacy between the groups. For example those belonging to the “Players” group can chat with other players privately or other groups if they wish to via the app messaging!
